    Located in South Mexico near the coffee-growing meccas of Oaxaca and Veracruz, on the Guatemalan border, Chiapas is at the epicenter of excellent coffee growing conditions. La Concordia lots enjoy diverse ecology, rich soil, towering altitudes, prime seasonal weather, artisan farming techniques, and a dedicated community of producers.

    Almond, mild fruit, soft floral notes

    Acidity: Balanced, smooth

    Sweetness: Caramel-like

    Body: Medium 

    Tasting Notes:

    Nutty, chocolate, mild spice, caramel


    Dark Roast:  

    Acidity: Low

    Sweetness: Bold, rich 

    Body: Full, heavy 

    Tasting Notes:

    Dark chocolate, earthy, smokey, molasses

    Guatemala Huehuetenango coffee is noted as being a delicious coffee with flavorful body and tempered acidity at nearly every roast temperature.

    Citrus, apple, stone fruit, floral

    Acidity: Balanced

    Colombian Supremo Coffee is grown high in the Colombian Andes and is famous for its smooth, pleasant acidity, smooth finish, nutty overtones, and rich medium to full body.

    Body: Light-Medium

    Orange, red   apple, floral, mild berry

    Colombian Supremo Coffee is grown high in the Colombian Andes and is famous for its smooth, pleasant acidity, smooth finish, nutty overtones, and rich medium to full body.

    Brazil Cerrado (low inventory when this is sold out, we will be taking a break from this coffee.)

    Brazil Cerrado coffee beans are known for their smooth, sweet flavor with nutty, caramel, and chocolate notes. They are a medium to full-bodied coffee with low acidity, making them well-balanced and easy to drink. The beans are typically grown at medium altitudes in the Cerrado region of Brazil.  


    Light Roast:

      Acidity: Mild-Low

     Sweetness:

    Brazil Cerrado coffee beans are known for their smooth, sweet flavor with nutty, caramel, and chocolate notes. They are a medium to full-bodied coffee with low acidity, making them well-balanced and easy to drink. The beans are typically grown at medium altitudes in the Cerrado region of Brazil.  


    Light Roast:

      Acidity: Mild-Low

     Sweetness: Moderate, clean

     Body: Light/Medium

     Tasting Notes:

    Peanut, hazelnut, cereal, mild fruit (apple, red berry), soft floral notes.


    Medium Roast:

      Acidity: Low

     Sweetness: Sweet, round

     Body: Medium 

    Tasting Notes:

    Milk Chocolate, caramel, almond, toasted nuts, mild spice.


    Dark Roast:

    Acidity: Very low (muted) 

    Sweetness: Deep, heavy sweetness 

    Body: Full, syrupy
